Terms of Service

Welcome to BajaberToys. These terms describe shopping through BajaberToys.com. Please review product details and our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy policies before ordering.

Products and prices

Descriptions, prices, options and stock are shown on the website. Select the correct variant and check the toy’s recommended age and safety guidance. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Promotional offers apply as described on the relevant offer.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. If an item is unavailable or an order needs clarification, our team will contact you to discuss the next step. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; we will confirm what is possible based on the order’s status.

Payment and shipping

Use a payment method offered at checkout. Delivery estimates, weight-based charges and our advertised free-shipping offer are explained in the Shipping Policy. If a checkout charge or order detail needs clarification, contact us before paying.

Returns and exchanges

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are reviewed according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Age guidance and use

Choose toys suitable for the child’s age and abilities. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings, supervise children where appropriate, and keep small parts away from young children.
